As a Subdivision Project Manager, you’ll own the delivery of residential/commercial/industrial subdivision projects, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality benchmarks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of subdivision works, including cut-and-fill earthworks, road construction (subgrade, basecourse, asphalt), stormwater drainage (QUDM-compliant), sewer and water reticulation, electrical conduits, and landscaping.
- Subcontractor & Team Coordination: Direct site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to align with MRTS standards, Austroads guidelines, and project specifications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, local councils (BCC, SCRC, MBRC), DTMR, and utility providers.
- Risk & Compliance: Proactively manage geotechnical, environmental, and scheduling risks while ensuring WHS and quality standards are met.
- Leadership: Mentor graduate engineers, review design drawings, and foster a collaborative, safety-first site culture.
