The Role: Lead with Purpose
As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of delivering high-quality civil projects that transform SEQ. This role is about more than just technical know-how—it’s about leading teams, building relationships, and ensuring every project reflects excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Engineering Excellence: Oversee technical delivery and ensure projects meet the highest standards.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide project engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performing team.

What You Bring:
- A Civil Engineering Degree and 5–8 years’ experience in civil construction (roads, rail, energy, earthworks, or subdivisions).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with strong organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and a natural ability to connect with people.
- A passion for safety, quality, and solving problems creatively.
