A Tier 3 civil contractor with Tier 1 systems is rapidly scaling across SEQ. Backed by a strong pipeline of civil infrastructure works (subdivisions, roads, industrial lots), they’re on the hunt for a Junior Civil Estimator with confidence, curiosity, and a passion for building smart, efficient bids from first principles.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop first-principles cost estimates for $5M–$20M infrastructure projects
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and engineering inputs to prepare accurate pricing
• Liaise with project managers and engineers to understand scope and delivery requirements
• Assess construction risks, track cost assumptions, and help shape winning strategies
• Conduct site visits to gather data and refine costing methodologies

What You’ll Bring:

• 1–2+ years of estimating or site-based civil engineering experience
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload with confidence
• Excellent communication and a genuine interest in long-term career growth
