Lead SEQ’s Landmark Land Development Projects | Brisbane, Gold Coast, or Sunshine Coast

The Opportunity
As Principal Civil Engineer, you'll take ownership of major land development projects — overseeing design, delivery, and commercial success from concept to completion.
You’ll partner with developers, government, guide multidisciplinary teams, and play a key role in both project execution and strategic business growth across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-profile subdivision and master-planned development projects
- Oversee end-to-end delivery — from initial feasibility and design through approvals to construction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, and key stakeholders
- Manage financial and commercial performance, including budgets, risks, and timelines
- Mentor and support internal engineering teams, fostering a culture of high performance
- Contribute to business strategy, including identifying new opportunities and growing the QLD civil footprint
What You Bring
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale urban development projects
- 10+ years’ experience across subdivision and civil infrastructure (preferably in QLD)
- Strong commercial and technical acumen — from approvals to delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (RPEQ preferred or in progress)
