Your Role as Civil Foreman

You’ll be a key player in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Collaborating closely with engineers and subcontractors, you’ll manage daily site activities, overcome challenges, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee various civil works, including earthworks, drainage, rail, roads, and subdivisions. Manage the daily activities of construction crews to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
  • Track progress and identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
  • Supervise crew performance and behaviour in the workplace.
