What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager, you’ll be the one calling the shots, delivering projects that make a mark. Your day-to-day will include:

🔹 Leading the Charge: Run end-to-end project delivery, from budgets to team morale, with a focus on safety and quality.
🔹 Money Smarts: Keep projects on budget, nail cost control, and smash revenue goals.
🔹 Contract Wizardry: Handle head contracts and subcontractors with finesse, spotting risks and seizing opportunities.
🔹 HSEQ Hero: Drive a safety-first culture, with top-notch ITPs, SWMS, and environmental planning.
🔹 Client & Subbie Wrangling: Build strong relationships and keep everyone on the same page.

You’ll own:

• Safe delivery of earthworks, roadworks, rock excavation, drainage, concrete structures, and services.
• Quality control: ITP creation, lot management, work packs, and method statements.
• Safety: Inspections, SWMS, permits, and more.
• Planning: 4-week look-aheads
• Commercial nous: Forecasting, progress claims, procurement, and daily cost tracking.
