Your New Role Awaits
As a Civil Supervisor, you’ll be part of a solid crew of engineers, staying ahead of the game to tackle challenges before they even crop up. With your know-how in site safety, project programming, and team coordination, you’ll ensure every project hits the bullseye—on time, under budget, and up to scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Safety Leadership: Be the backbone of a strong safety culture, mentoring subcontractors and keeping everyone safe as houses.
- Performance Management: Run the show on construction activities, driving quality outcomes that’ll knock the socks off our clients.
- Resource Planning: Make sure all hands are on deck with the right gear and materials so every project flows smoothly.
- Regulatory Compliance: Keep everything above board, ticking all the boxes on relevant standards and regulations.
- Self-Performed Works: Lead the in-house tasks, making sure everything goes off without a hitch.
- Daily Reporting: Stay on top of the daily grind with detailed reports, cost coding, and progress updates.
