    What You’ll Be Doing:

    As Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of project delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and profitably. Key responsibilities include:

    🔹 Project Scheduling & Budgeting – Plan timelines, costs, and resource allocation
    🔹 Subcontractor & Resource Management – Oversee labour, materials, and supplier coordination
    🔹 Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to DTMR, WHS, and environmental regulations
    🔹 Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with clients, engineers, and site teams
    🔹 Team Leadership – Mentor and manage Project Engineers for successful project execution

    What You Need to Succeed:

    ✔ Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil infrastructure
    ✔ Degree in Civil Engineering (RPEQ preferred)
    ✔ Hands-on experience managing DTMR projects (or state equivalent)
    ✔ Strong background in road construction, earthworks, drainage & community infrastructure
    ✔ Additional qualifications in Traffic Management (highly regarded)
    ✔ Excellent communication skills to manage teams, subcontractors & stakeholders
    ✔ Proficiency with project scheduling & cost tracking tools
    ✔ White Card & valid Driver’s Licence
