What You'll Be Doing:

In this dynamic role, you'll be right at the heart of the action, leading site safety management and shaping short- and medium-range construction programs. You'll coordinate with subcontractors and construction crews to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. Working closely with the engineering team, you'll tackle any on-site challenges and keep things running like clockwork.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in managing TMR work packages—including earthworks, pavements, drainage, and traffic management. A background in trade or a similar field is a plus, but more importantly, you should have experience with a tier 2 or tier 3 civil contractor and a knack for delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• A strong drive and leadership skills to implement and promote safety on-site.

• Experience in construction resource planning and managing work performance.
• Hands-on experience with earthworks, drainage, and pavement works.
• A knack for completing daily reports and cost coding for all resources and materials.
• A thorough understanding of DTMR specifications and a commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage large sites effectively.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Essential Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience on DTMR projects, especially in earthworks, drainage, services, pavements, and slope stabilization.
• A track record of leading by example and fostering a strong safety culture.
• Experience working on projects valued at $10-40m+.
