Senior Civil Supervisor | DTMR & Council Roadworks

Brisbane & South East Queensland projects

$200K Base + Super + Fully Maintained Vehicle + Project Profit Share

 

We're looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join one of Queensland's leading civil contractors.

If you've built your career delivering DTMR or Local Government road projects and enjoy leading crews, planning works and driving production, we'd like to hear from you.

This isn't a FIFO role.

This is long-term work across Brisbane and South East Queensland with a contractor that has a strong project pipeline and an excellent reputation for delivery.

The Projects

You'll take ownership of projects valued between $10M and $50M, including:

✔ DTMR Road Upgrades

✔ Local Government Infrastructure

✔ Bulk Earthworks

✔ Drainage & Underground Services

✔ Pavements

✔ Bridge Works

✔ Ground Improvement

Your Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of your site including:

  • Leading site crews and subcontractors

  • Coordinating plant and resources

  • Planning daily and weekly works

  • Driving programme and productivity

  • Maintaining safety and quality standards

  • Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers

  • Building a positive site culture

We're Looking For

You don't need to tick every box, but you'll ideally have:

  • Experience supervising DTMR or Council road projects

  • Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage and pavements

  • The ability to lead crews from the front

  • Good planning and organisational skills

  • A practical, hands-on leadership style

  • Commitment to safety and quality
