What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Delivery – Drive engineering outcomes across local Brisbane projects.
- Mentor the Team – Guide and support junior engineers as a respected leader.
- Engage Stakeholders – Build trust with clients, councils, and delivery partners.
- Own the Outcome – Oversee safety, quality, and programming from start to finish.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Civil Engineering and 8+ years of infrastructure delivery experience
- Capability across roads, structures, services, and/or subdivisions
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on quality, teamwork, and accountability
