Senior Project Engineer | Transport Infrastructure (RPEQ)

As part of their growth, they’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of complex road and infrastructure packages.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager to drive project outcomes, providing technical leadership, commercial support, and delivery oversight across key scopes of work. Your role will include:

🔹 Program & Budget Oversight – Assist in planning, tracking, and forecasting
🔹 Technical & Quality Leadership – Ensure engineering and QA standards are met
🔹 Subcontractor Coordination – Support procurement and manage site activities
🔹 Cost Reporting & Variations – Monitor and report on project financials
🔹 Client & Stakeholder Liaison – Maintain open lines of communication
🔹 Mentoring & Supervision – Guide junior engineers and work collaboratively with site teams

What You Need to Succeed:

✔ Solid experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer in civil construction
✔ Degree in Civil Engineering (RPEQ or working toward RPEQ preferred)
✔ Background in DTMR projects and standards
✔ Strong technical understanding of roadworks, earthworks, drainage & infrastructure
✔ Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
✔ Proficiency with project tools (e.g. MS Project, Aconex, Excel)
✔ White Card & valid Driver’s Licence
