We're looking for a dynamic Site Engineer or Contractors Quality Engineer to join our team and lead the charge on multiple DRFA packages focused on slope stabilisation in the stunning Sunshine Coast region.

About the Role
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of planning, organising, directing, and coordinating regional projects. With your 2-4 years of civil engineering experience, you'll bring strong skills in P-schedules, RFIs, letters, QA, cost control, and safety. Your keen eye for detail will ensure all drawings and technical documentation are meticulously reviewed, and you'll play a pivotal role in addressing non-conformances and driving quality documentation to closure.

What You'll Need

• Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred): A solid educational foundation is essential.
• Experience with TMR and Council Projects: Ideally, you have hands-on experience working with main road contracts.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You're a team player with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Quality Focus: Your site-based quality management experience, particularly with P-schedules, RFIs, QA, and cost control, sets you apart.
