We’re on the lookout for a Construction Site Manager who’s got the drive to lead subcontractors, juggle claims and variations like a pro, and keep the project timeline tight. This isn’t just a 12-month contract—we’re offering a permanent spot with a thriving civil contractor based in Brisbane. You’ll initially be stationed in the Ipswich region project for Defence, where all the action unfolds.
The Role:
- Subbie Whisperer: Manage subcontractors, ensuring they work like a well-oiled machine.
- Claims & Variations Guru: Handle the financials with the precision of an expert, ensuring claims and variations are seamless.
- Programme Maestro: Keep the project on track, on time, and on budget from start to finish.
- Scope Commander: Ensure all works are done to the highest standard, with no cutting corners.
