And now, they are looking for a talented Structures Site Engineer to join their team and help them continue their success.

As a Site Engineer, you will work with the project delivery team in the Gold Coast and report to the Structures Project Engineer. You will coordinate and manage various technical aspects such as planning, resourcing, survey, procurement, and quality control for an assigned area.

Key project accountabilities:

• Provide daily support and technical input to achieve contract obligations and tender specifications
• Ensure compliance with the project's environmental requirements.
• Plan the works to comply with the project's local community requirements and restrictions.
• Assist in maintaining the project's schedule/program
• Aid in the planned use of materials, resources, and systems
• Undertake, monitor, and report project tasks to deliver profit and effective cost control.

Ideally, you should have relevant tertiary qualifications and 3+ years of experience in a construction or engineering environment. Knowledge of structural concrete or bridge works is required, and you must have worked on QLD’s main road specifications. The team values confident communicators who can administer contracts, collaborate with diverse teams, and deliver high-quality project sections/tasks on time, on budget, safely, and to high standards. We also value strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a solid understanding of construction methodologies and processes.

Additional selection criteria:

• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
