Your Role

As a Site/Project Engineer, you’ll take the lead in planning, directing, and coordinating project tasks. Your 2-4 years of hands-on civil experience will be vital for managing P-schedules, RFIs, QA, cost control, and safety standards. You’re not just ticking boxes—you’re driving quality, keeping technical documents and drawings flawless, and addressing any non-conformances head-on.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
• TMR and Council Project Know-How: You’ve got main roads experience and know your way around TMR projects.
• Sharp Communication: You’re a clear, on-point communicator both on-site and in the office.
• Quality & Cost Control Expertise: Your mastery of P-schedules, RFIs, QA, and cost control makes you stand out.
