Civil Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer ready to step up

$180-200K base + super + vehicle
We’re partnering with a well-established, privately owned Brisbane civil contractor with a strong reputation for quality delivery, loyal teams, and doing things properly. They deliver civil infrastructure projects across roads, rail, bridges, subdivisions, local government works and broader SEQ infrastructure.
This is not a high-pressure, churn-and-burn environment. It’s a business built on integrity, teamwork, safe delivery, and long-term relationships.

- What the role involves
- You’ll lead civil construction projects from start to finish, taking ownership of people, program, cost, safety, quality, subcontractors, clients and commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop project teams to deliver safely, on time and on budget.
- Manage client, consultant and stakeholder relationships with confidence and professionalism.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, resources, staging and methodology.
- Drive project reporting, forecasting, planning and commercial performance.
- Champion safety, quality and environmental standards across every stage of delivery.
What you’ll bring:
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years’ experience across civil construction or infrastructure delivery.
- Experience across roads, rail, bridges, subdivisions, local government or similar civil works.
- Strong leadership, commercial awareness and organisational skills.
- A practical, collaborative style and the ability to bring people with you.
- Australian work rights are essential.
- This could suit an established Civil Project Manager or a strong Senior Project Engineer who is ready to step into a genuine project leadership role.
