Who We’re Looking For

You’re a degree-qualified Civil Engineer with 2-4 years of experience, ready to take charge of planning, directing, and coordinating regional projects. You thrive on precision, from mastering P-schedules and RFIs to ensuring QA, cost control, and safety standards are met. Your ability to review drawings, tackle non-conformances, and chase quality documentation sets you apart. With TMR or Council experience and a team-oriented mindset, you’re eager to grow into a leadership role while delivering projects that connect communities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Proven delivery on main road contracts with a civil contractor.
  • Skills: Strong grasp of technical specifications (TMR), excellent written communication, and the ability to read and interpret plans with ease.
  • Expertise: Site-based quality management (P-schedules, RFIs, letters, QA, cost control, safety).
  • Mindset: Detail-driven, solution-focused, and collaborative.
