Your New Role Awaits
As our new Senior Project Engineer, you’ll be the technical lead for a range of civil construction projects, steering them to completion while ensuring top-tier safety, quality, and environmental outcomes. From roads and train station car parks to structures, earthworks, and bridges, you’ll be at the forefront of engineering excellence and team leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Project Leadership: Guide project teams to deliver on-time, on-budget, and top-quality results.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong client relationships and expertly manage expectations.
• Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination to support project goals.
• Progress Reporting: Keep senior leadership informed with clear, concise project updates.
• EHSQ Compliance: Champion environmental, health, safety, and quality policies.

Are You the Perfect Fit?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in civil construction, with a solid record of engineering excellence.
• Leadership and mentorship skills to inspire and guide junior engineers.
• Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and analytical abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards in EHSQ.
